1.售前部分
开工前,我公司将速派技术人员与贵公司当地工程负责人做现场勘察,包括设备基础定位、地沟、管路铺设等,并在开工前出具现场布置图及施工图。我公司保证按你公司要求的日期内与你公司正式签订供货合同。并保证按期、按质、按量完成任务,在你公司验收合格后交付使用。
2.售中跟进
设备验收完工后,我方技术人员按实际现场安装情况在出具冷库数量、型号、现场布置图,以及相关的管路、电气等图,供双方留底备案。
3.售后服务

设备三包期一年,并终身维修,三包期内更换新零部件及人工费均免费;三包期后更换的零部件,仅收取成本费,并与客户协商签定设备的维保协议。
设备安装调试交付使用后,进行“保驾式”服务,确保设备正常运行。
设置专门服务电话,24小时服务制。在接到服务电话后,保证24小时内服务人员到达现场快速排除故障。
4.技术培训
(1)免费为贵司工程现场人员进行技术讲课和技术培训,不少于5天, 受训人数不限。

1 pre sales section
Before the start, my company will send technical staff and your local engineering person in charge to do the site survey, including equipment foundation, trench, pipeline laying, etc., and before the start of the issue of the site layout and construction plans. We guarantee to sign the contract with your company on the date of your company's requirement. And, to ensure the quality and quantity to complete the task, used in the delivery of your company after acceptance.
2 sales follow up
After the completion of acceptance of the equipment, our technician installed in cold storage quantity, type, issued by the site layout according to the actual scene, as well as related piping and electrical diagram, for both left at the end of the record.
